Retail Sales Manager

Duluth Trading Company seeks a Temporary Part-Time Retail Sales Manager to lead a customer-focused team delivering durable workwear and outdoor apparel. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and visual merchandising
• Maintain deep knowledge of Duluth Trading products to provide solutions focused selling
• Monitor inventory levels, restock sales floor, and support loss prevention procedures
• Track key performance metrics and report results to store leadership
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to brand standards
• Assist with scheduling, training new team members, and fostering a positive team culture
