Ecommerce Operations Manager
Quick Overview
Job Description
Pebble Ecommerce is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day operations across our two sister DTC ecommerce brands — one focused on dogs and one focused on cats.
You’ll work closely with the founders across customer support, suppliers, inventory, supply chain, new product development, Shopify issues, and general operational problem solving.
We are looking to hire someone with 2–3+ years of relevant experience . The ideal candidate has prior experience working inside a Shopify / DTC ecommerce business and is highly organized, learns quickly, solves problems independently, and is willing to get hands-on.
This role has significant room to grow. The goal is for you to learn our current processes, take recurring operational problems off the founders’ plate, and gradually become the default owner of day-to-day operations.
Our mission is to develop products that make caring for pets easier while improving their health and happiness. Since launching, we have grown rapidly through digital marketing and ecommerce, building passionate communities of pet owners across both brands.
We operate with a small but mighty team focused on innovation, speed, and continuous growth, and we’re excited to bring on an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in helping us scale.
Culture-fit is our #1 factor when hiring! We have a genuine will-to-win. No work is beneath us if it moves us towards our goals. We utilize creativity to do more with less — and quickly. We use data to make decisions and live by the following core values: "work smart", "overdeliver", "speed is king" and "better everyday".
We love learning — every problem is an opportunity to grow.+-
If you want a stress-free corporate 9-5 job, this isn't it.

When hiring, we’ll work with you to define the KPIs you’ll be responsible for and set targets. This removes ambiguity around wondering if you’re doing a good job after you start.
Initial interview, followed by a more in-depth interview + test project, and a final interview to ensure culture fit. We plan to hire within ~8 - 10 days of conducting these interviews. We pride ourselves on timely responses and updates for applicants.
For this specific role, we will walk you through the long-term vision and opportunities that have us excited about the business — and how you fit in. We will show you our current structure, the responsibilities you’ll take over, and where we are headed.
USD $2,500 to $4,500 per month , depending on experience and location.
We are optimizing for someone with strong potential, ambition, and ownership who can grow into a much bigger role over time — rather than an expensive senior operator.
