The Role • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs. • Build product displays and end caps to maximize sales opportunities. • Reset shelves and manage product rotation effectively. • Track inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and sales performance. • Interact with store management and shoppers in a professional and friendly manner. What You'll Need • Be 21 years of age or older. • Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable with customer and management interaction, demonstrating an enthusiastic and outgoing approach. • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. • Have reliable transportation to travel between work locations. • Motivated self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Previous sales or merchandising experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
