Job Description Summary
 
At Jade Global, we are seeking an On-site Enterprise AI Architect to act as the principal visionary, design authority, and strategic orchestrator. You will architect solutions across complex platforms, including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, Zuora, MuleSoft, and custom AWS applications. Your core mission is to analyze steady-state operations, identify process friction, and design SaaS-embedded AI Copilots and autonomous workflows. Working closely with client leadership and Jade Global’s offshore AI Center of Excellence (CoE), you will systematically reduce operational overhead and drive the transition from reactive triage to autonomous, self-healing enterprise operations.
 
Key Strategic Responsibilities
  • Opportunity Discovery: Evaluate high-ROI AI agent opportunities across Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles by analyzing ticketing data to isolate recurring incidents and manual bottlenecks.
  • Agentic Architecture: Design multi-agent systems and scalable blueprints utilizing the Jade Ensemble AI Platform, Oracle AI Agent Studio, and Agentforce to enable secure, autonomous remediation and smart routing.
  • Operational Governance: Serve as the design authority for AI configurations, ensuring strict adherence to ITSOX Compliance, Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
  • Executive Advisory: Lead on-site innovation sprints and demonstrate live AI/ML proofs-of-concept to client executives (VP, CIO, RevOps) while driving change management and reporting on ROI and token efficiencies.
Required Technical Expertise
  • Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on experience designing workflows with Crew.ai, LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen, alongside deep knowledge of LLM architectures and RAG tuning.
  • Enterprise Platforms: Architectural familiarity with at least two major systems, such as Oracle Cloud ERP (Redwood UX, EPM), Salesforce CPQ/CRM, or Zuora Billing & RevPro.
  • Middleware & APIs: Proficiency in mapping data pipelines and secure OAuth authentication across MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and AWS API Gateways.
  • Observability & DevOps: Experience with APM tools (e.g., Datadog) for tracing agent execution, coupled with a solid grasp of ITIL, Change Control Boards, and SOX release management.
Professional Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience, including 3+ years strictly dedicated to AI/ML, NLP, and Intelligent Automation systems.
  • Consulting Acumen: Strong on-site consulting capabilities with a "solution-first" mindset, active listening skills, and the ability to translate operational risks into technical requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Dedication to advanced AI upskilling, such as the completion of Jade's Project NEURALIS or equivalent certified agent-building tracks.
