Change Management Governance Analyst & Service Management Governance (P3 Contractor)

Position Summary:

The Change Management Governance Analyst provides operational and governance support for the Service Management Governance organization, with primary focus on Change Management Governance and secondary support for incident and Problem Management Governance functions.

This role serves as a key coordinator across governance processes, driving actions item management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, process improvements, governance reviews, and executive communications. This individual acts as a central conduit between Change, Incident, Problem Management, Engineering, Technology Operations, and Risk partners to ensure consistent execution of governance activities and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate prossesses strong project management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreems in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Change Management Governance Support (Primary Focus 60%)
• Support day-to-day execution of Change Management Governance activities.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and governance review forums.
• Facilitate governance reviews for high-risk and complex technology changes.
• Track governance actions, risks, exceptions, approvals, and remediation activities.
