The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during roadside incidents.
• Tackle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Combine technical expertise with outstanding member service on every call-out.
• Start and end your working day from home.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
