The Role • Manage project finances to optimise gross margin and profitability. • Oversee tendering, evaluation, and appointment of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. • Measure, value, and agree on work scopes to support invoicing and payments. • Identify and negotiate contract variations with clients and the supply chain. • Prepare monthly commercial reports and accurate cost forecasts. What You'll Need • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction sector. • A relevant qualification (degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying is advantageous). • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships. • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. • Proficiency in IT packages, including Microsoft Office.
