The Role • Process and meticulously review order confirmations against purchase orders and contracts. • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies in material deliveries regarding quantity, timelines, and locations. • Initiate follow-ups for overdue deliveries and missing order confirmations. • Optimize delivery dates through rescheduling proposals using SAP and relevant lists. • Support Lead/Local Buyers in creating orders, purchase orders, info records, and other SAP data entries. • Prepare internal statistics, reports, and comparative analyses, including quote comparisons. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification. • Initial relevant professional experience in purchasing or a related field. • Technical affinity and a willingness to acquire in-depth product knowledge. • Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
