Location : Remote

Duration : 6 Months

Rate : $50/Hr on W2

Relevant Experience : 6+

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Consultant specializing in Amazon Connect for a remote engagement with Sun Life. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex (Lex), AWS Lambda, and Contact Lens to support cloud-based contact center solutions.

· Minimum 4 years of experience with the required Amazon Connect and AWS contact center technologies.

· Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

· Experience with Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces, chatbots, and voice interactions.

· Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda for serverless application development and integrations.

· Experience with Amazon Connect Contact Lens for contact analytics, conversation insights, and quality monitoring.

· Ability to integrate AWS services to support contact center workflows and business requirements.

· Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.
