Salary Up to £72,000 basic salary, dependent on experience + Great package + Bonus

Location Commutable from Rochester, Kent

Skills required for the job of Engineering Manager

Leading and developing a team of shift engineers

Managing a budget for the engineering department

Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site.

Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department

Overseeing several small projects

Strong leadership experience required for the role
