The Role • Assume overall responsibility for technical facility management services within assigned client properties. • Lead, manage, and schedule the on-site technical team. • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and inspections. • Ensure quality standards and compliance with all relevant regulations. • Manage and supervise third-party contractors. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and reports. • Manage budgets, costs, and prepare proposals. What You'll Need • Several years of professional experience in building technology, specifically in electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing (HVAC). • Ideally, a completed certification as a Meister, staatlich geprüfter Techniker, or Fachwirt in Building Technology, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Facility Management. • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is desirable. • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work. • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. • A Class B driver's license is advantageous.
