We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution/Technical Architect with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong hands-on IT Asset Management (ITAM) implementation experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect
• 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
• Hands-on implementation experience with ITAM, HAM, and SAM
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL knowledge
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, configuration, customization, scalability, and performance
• Experience leading technical teams and complex ServiceNow implementations

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance
• Design integrations and optimize platform performance
• Establish ServiceNow architecture roadmaps and best practices
• Mentor technical teams and support complex implementation challenges
   

Important: Candidates must have proven hands-on Asset Management implementation experience. Candidates with primarily ITSM, administration, or development experience but limited ITAM/HAM/SAM implementation experience will not be considered.
 

Preferred: ServiceNow CIS certifications in ITSM, ITAM, HAM, or SAM.
