• ·         Minimum years of experience required: 5+ yrs of relevant experience for Lead

• ·         Detailed Job Description:
• ·         Appian Lead Developer
• ·         Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of Appian applications across multiple business processes and domains.
• ·         At least 5+ years of extensive Appian development and solution delivery experience.
• ·         Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to Appian best practices, coding standards, and governance
• ·          Drive integration strategy with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and external systems in complex environments.
• ·         Engage with stakeholders to define solution architecture, estimate effort, manage technical risks, and support delivery excellence.
• ·         Appian Level 2 (L2) Certification is mandatory; Level 3 Certification is preferred, along with experience leading enterprise Appian implementations.
