Located in Benfleet, Essex, the Zach Willsher is a welcoming community pub bringing people together over great food, drinks and a lively atmosphere. From family meals and catch-ups with friends to live sport and busy weekends, there’s plenty happening to keep the team on their toes.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading from the front: Motivate, support and develop your team to deliver their best every day.

• Creating great guest experiences: Make sure every guest feels welcome and enjoys a fantastic visit, whatever the occasion.

• Running a successful pub: Take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and standards stay high.

• Driving pub performance: Support sales, manage costs and identify opportunities to help the business succeed.

• Growing your team: Build a positive team culture where people feel supported, develop new skills and have opportunities to progress.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, pubs or a similar fast-paced environment.

• A passion for great customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

• The confidence to lead, motivate and support a team.

• Good organisation and an understanding of pub operations, standards and commercial performance.

• The ambition to develop your leadership skills and take the next step in your career.
