.NET/Azure Solution Architect & Lead Developer

We are seeking a hands-on .NET/Azure Solution Architect to lead the design and development of a cloud-based Building Energy Usage Portal. This is not an architecture-only role; the candidate must actively develop customer-facing applications using C#, .NET, Angular, Azure, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB.

Key responsibilities:

• Design scalable application, integration, API, UI, and data solutions.
• Develop secure and maintainable code using .NET/C# and Angular.
• Lead architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build REST APIs and integrations with internal and external platforms.
• Manage Azure DevOps repositories, work items, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews and guide developers on architecture and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Ensure security, scalability, availability, and maintainability.

Required skills:

• 6+ years of software development and solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on .NET, C#, Angular, Azure, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB.
• REST APIs, SOA, microservices/distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Authentication, authorization, and secure application design.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and SAFe.
• Experience leading technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Power BI, AI, Energy Star Portfolio Manager, or utility-industry experience is preferred.
