What You'll Be Doing Owning and resolving complex 3rd line technical issues<br />Designing, deploying, and maintaining secure Windows-based infrastructure<br />Supporting and optimising enterprise environments across multiple technologies<br />Implementing security controls and ensuring compliance standards are met<br />Contributing to key infrastructure and transformation projects ️ Key Technologies Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP)<br />VMware (vSphere, ESXi, NSX, vSAN)<br />MECM, SCOM &amp; endpoint management tools<br />Ivanti (or similar endpoint control platforms) ✅ What We're Looking For Proven experience in 3rd line support within enterprise environments<br />Strong expertise across Windows infrastructure technologies<br />Solid understanding of virtualisation (VMware stack)<br />Experience working in secure or MOD environments<br />Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, RMADS, SyOPs<br />A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
