Duties & responsibilities:

• Be the primary ServiceNow platform administrator for our customers
• Provide expertise on technical questions related to the support and development on ServiceNow for our customers
• Action and assign daily support tasks
• Perform platform upgrades, releases, patches & hot fixes across ServiceNow environments
• Automation focused understanding AI initiatives
• Attend customer meetingsfor support, production releases, and governance
• Liaise with clients & support teams to see that issues are resolved quickly
• Contribute to continual improvement of the platform

Experience & attributes:

• Experience as a ServiceNow platform administrator
• Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform and upgrade procedures
• Problem solving approach to take away the pain of the customer
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications:

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification
• ServiceNow CIS certifications
• Other certifications advantageous

Expected remuneration.

Shortlisted candidates will have a quick 15-minute video call for introductions and then a subsequent in-person interview.

Successful candidates will sit a test to determine their skillset and platform knowledge
