The Role • Drive new business growth within the Social Housing sector by identifying and developing opportunities with Housing Associations. • Partner with clients to understand their unique needs, provide expert insurance advice, and deliver tailored solutions. • Craft compelling tender submissions and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the organisation's expertise. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Broking, Placement, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain a trusted partnership. What You'll Need • Proven experience in business development, preferably within insurance, risk management, or the housing/public sector. • Knowledge of tender processes and an understanding of social housing risk profiles. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong professional relationships. • ACII qualification or a commitment to pursuing it.
