Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Solution Consultant with strong expertise in Workbook Authoring and Business Solutioning to design and implement scalable supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, understand complex planning requirements, configure Kinaxis applications, and deliver end-to-end functional solutions that improve planning efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across supply chain planning functions.
• Conduct business workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
• Design and configure Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain Kinaxis workbooks, worksheets, measures, dashboards, scorecards, alerts, hierarchies, and planning models.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configuration documents, and user stories.
• Configure planning workflows, automation chains, exception management, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business users during solution validation, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Create functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Recommend process improvements and supply chain best practices leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions.
• Strong expertise in Kinaxis Workbook Authoring and Planning Model configuration.
• Experience in one or more of the following planning domains:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Inventory Planning
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/IBP)
• Capacity Planning
• Strong experience conducting business requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
• Excellent understanding of Kinaxis data modeling, configuration, and functional solution design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kinaxis Certification (Author, Solution Consultant, or equivalent).
• Experience in Semiconductor, High-Tech, Manufacturing, or Industrial industries.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• APICS, CSCP, or CPIM certification is an added advantage.
