Job Description
The Y NSW is seeking a People Solutions Advisor to join the People & Culture team. You will deliver a reliable HR service by managing employee lifecycle processes, supporting HR systems, maintaining data accuracy, coordinating onboarding, and guiding employees and leaders through People Solutions procedures.
You will work with Payroll and HR Systems, improve templates, and contribute to culture initiatives, ensuring changes are processed accurately and on time.
