Description
Join our team as an Accounting Supervisor in a hybrid setting in the Charlotte, NC area. 
This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring accurate and timely accounting activities. 
You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance processes and maintain strong service levels. 
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and general accounting software is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor accounting team members, assigning tasks and monitoring daily production.
Conduct performance discussions and support hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
Ensure accurate processing of payments and disbursements within established timelines.
Investigate discrepancies in payments, billing, and accounting.
Assist with audits, operational meetings, and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
5 years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting controls.
Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and general accounting software.
