Interim NEC Northgate Housing Consultant – Local Authority

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced NEC Northgate Housing Consultant to support a Local Authority on an interim basis. The role requires someone with strong technical and functional Northgate experience, including:

NEC Northgate Housing – strong hands-on experience<br /> SQL – backend queries, data extraction and reporting<br /> Rent reconciliation – rents, arrears and housing income<br /> System testing – UAT, regression and functional testing<br /> System upgrades – patches, releases and new functionality<br /> Front-end support – troubleshooting and helpdesk escalation We're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between Housing Systems Analyst and Northgate Functional Consultant, with experience working within a Local Authority or social housing environment
