We are looking for 2 experienced Production Hyper-V Support Engineers/SREs to join a high-priority programme supporting an enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform. This is an excellent opportunity for infrastructure professionals with strong production support experience who thrive in critical, live environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for a large-scale Windows infrastructure and IAM platform.
• Maintain and support Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Perform Windows Server operating system upgrades and life cycle management.
• Remediate configuration drift to ensure platform consistency and compliance.
• Deliver operational stability, incident resolution, and proactive platform improvements.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and work closely with engineering teams to minimise service disruption.
• Support continuous service improvements and SRE best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Excellent PowerShell Scripting skills.
• Proven experience providing production support within critical environments.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Infrastructure Support.
• Experience performing Windows OS upgrades and patching.
• Knowledge of configuration management and configuration drift remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms.
• Experience within highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Understanding of infrastructure resilience, monitoring and operational best practices.
