The Role • Manage and administer the delivery of Red Cross services to meet the needs of U.S. military members, veterans, and their families. • Support the delivery of International Services programs and assist in volunteer development and guidance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders. • Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement to ensure program delivery. • Ensure consistent delivery of services to clients, including coordination with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals. • Develop and manage budgets, monitor program outcomes, and report on results. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field. • Strong computer skills, public speaking ability, and effective written and verbal communication. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments. • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations. • Must meet strict medical and security clearances for potential worldwide deployment.
