- Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role.
- Strong experience in Automotive and Manufacturing domains.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving end-to-end product development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Boards for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking product delivery.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
