We are looking for candidates with 3 - 5.5 years of experience as a FP&A Controller

• Annual Budgeting and Rolling Forecasts
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Budget vs Actual and Variance Analysis
• P&L Analysis and Cost Analysis
• Financial Reporting and Management Reporting
• Business Performance Analysis and KPI Reporting
• Business Partnering with cross-functional teams
• Month-end close support and reporting
• Process improvement, automation and standardization
• Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations

Required Skills:

• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Variance Analysis
• Financial Planning
• Financial Analysis
• Management Reporting
• Financial Modelling (preferred)
• ERP exposure (SAP / Oracle / Hyperion / OneStream / Anaplan / HFM / Qlik / Power BI)
