Senior Veeva CTMS Consultant (Greenfield Implementation)

NOTE- They need to work in EST time zone and some overlap with central european time zone as well.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Veeva CTMS Consultant to support a greenfield Veeva CTMS implementation for a leading life sciences organization. The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Veeva CTMS while ensuring seamless integration with Veeva Payments, contract management, and financial systems.

Responsibilities

·         Lead the functional implementation of Veeva CTMS in a greenfield environment or major CTMS migration.

·         Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with clinical operations stakeholders.

·         Configure and optimize Veeva CTMS to support clinical trial management processes.

·         Design and support integrations between Veeva CTMS, Veeva Payments, contract management systems, and financial/ERP platforms.

·         Define data migration strategy and support master data preparation, validation, and migration.

·         Develop functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and configuration specifications.

·         Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors.

·         Develop user training materials and support knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

·         3–5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva CTMS.

·         Proven experience leading a greenfield CTMS implementation or a major CTMS migration.

·         Strong knowledge of Veeva Payments.

·         Experience integrating Veeva CTMS with contract management and financial/ERP systems.

·         Understanding of clinical trial management processes and clinical operations.

·         Experience with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.

·         Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.

·         Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.

·         Fluent English communication skills
