You are joining a highly skilled and motivated software development team on a mission to develop control software for high precision semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment. Together with your colleagues you are making an impact on the full development cycle of new features, product enhancement, troubleshooting and debugging both in simulation as well as on the machines in our engineering lab.

You are joining a highly skilled and motivated software development team on a mission to develop control software for high precision semiconductor assembly and packaging equipment. Together with your colleagues you are making an impact on the full development cycle of new features, product enhancement, troubleshooting and debugging both in simulation as well as on the machines in our engineering lab.
Responsibilities
- Software design and development for advanced semiconductor equipment.
- Software requirement analysis, design specifications, implementation and unit testing.
- Diagnose and analyze software defect, formulate effective resolution.
- New platform, infrastructure and architecture development and continuous improvement.
- Close collaboration with cross engineering functions and multi geographical sites team to achieve system level performance meeting product requirement specification.
- Owner of a subset of the total software architecture, define and drive the roadmap for that subset and provide guidance / training to other team members
- Lead software project team, which includes assigning tasks among team members and provide regular weekly progress updates on project timelines and milestones
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience requirements
- Master/Bachelor in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 10+ years of relevant working experience as Software Engineer or related positions.
- Experiences in software development life cycle for large scale and complex system, proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
- Good knowledge in Object Oriented Software Design Methodologies and Software Architecture.
- Experiences and knowledge in following domain: vision, motion or equipment design will be added advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, self-driven with project management skills and ability to work under tight schedule.
- Positive attitude, effective communication and team player
- Ability to lead the team to achieve big success
