AI Technical Lead

Introduction:

The AI Technical Lead will be a key member of our team, responsible for leading AI projects and developing cutting-edge solutions. This position does not involve people management but requires a strong focus on coding and technical expertise in AI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI projects from conception to implementation, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
• Develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation within the organization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed
• Participate in the design and architecture of AI systems
• Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an AI Technical Lead or similar role
• Strong proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• AI certifications such as Google Cloud AI or Microsoft Azure AI
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
