Senior Infrastructure Analyst On-Site Data Center Lead

Newcastle University is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to provide second-line support for all services within the Infrastructure Team and to manage the NUIT Data Centres on site at Newcastle campus.

You will be SME for core technologies including server and OS management, networking, telephony and virtualization, with experience across on premise and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on operation across multiple data centres and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
