Job Description

MuleSoft Integration & Data Migration Developer (Only W2)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled MuleSoft Developer to drive integration and data migration efforts between our legacy applications and Salesforce. In this role, you will design, build, test, and support robust MuleSoft-based solutions that enable secure, reliable, and scalable data movement across our enterprise ecosystem.

You will work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration workflows using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Build scalable MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and connectors following API-led connectivity principles.

  • Transformation & Logic: Write clean MuleSoft configurations, scripts, and complex DataWeave mappings; implement comprehensive error-handling mechanisms.

  • Data Migration: Support end-to-end data migration initiatives from legacy systems to Salesforce.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform thorough unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to guarantee seamless deployments.

  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver dependable integration solutions.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical designs, data flows, and integration process documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.

  • Platform Expertise: Strong practical experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule flows, and custom/standard connectors.

  • Data Transformation: Advanced proficiency in DataWeave for mapping and transforming diverse data formats.

  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven experience integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce and supporting data migration projects.

  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and flat-file processing.

  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical, scripting, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated MuleSoft deployments.

  • Familiarity with batch processing and high-volume data movement techniques.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
