We're hiring on behalf of a leading North American distributor with over 45 years of success, renowned for its stable and growth-oriented environment. This employer is seeking a driven HR professional to lead their regional HR initiatives, playing a crucial role in developing the teams that power their extensive distribution network.

The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting a large employee base across multiple distribution centers in key regions of the United States.
• Partner with management to identify critical talent needs and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Lead, develop, and coach an HR team focused on building and supporting a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with Distribution leaders to implement HR processes and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive hands-on recruitment for essential distribution hubs.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies.
• Prior recruitment experience within a distribution or warehouse setting is advantageous.
