The Role • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing government clients while also building new client relationships. • Prospect and generate leads for target accounts to drive new revenue growth. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, equipment availability, and timely project completion. • Develop and manage account plans within assigned territories to identify growth opportunities and enhance client satisfaction and retention. • Meet or exceed regional revenue and sales quota goals. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of sales experience. • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside sales. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes concurrently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to travel more than 35% of the time and possess reliable transportation.
