Job Description

Role: AEM Technical Lead with AEMaaCS
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Month 
 
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade digital experience solutions using AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AEM architecture, backend and frontend development, and DevOps practices, while providing technical leadership to development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
  • Architect and develop scalable, reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
  • Build and maintain solutions using AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Develop and customize Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Core Components.
  • Design and implement backend services using Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and CRX/JCR.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using HTL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Configure and optimize Apache Dispatcher, caching strategies, and content delivery.
  • Manage build, deployment, and release processes using Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards, security, and performance best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and content authors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize AEM applications for performance and scalability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AEM Technical Lead, Senior AEM Developer, or AEM Architect.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5) and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
