Provide operational support for assumed and ceded reinsurance accounting activities, including statement review and booking preparation, premium and claims processing, cash application, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, payment support, aged item resolution, and operational reporting.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years of relevant accounting, finance, insurance operations, or reporting experience; advanced Excel and analytical skills; strong attention to detail; and the ability to work independently in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. Reinsurance experience is strongly preferred, and Spanish/English bilingual capability is required.

The role offers structured training, exposure to specialized global reinsurance accounting processes, and direct collaboration with experienced accounting professionals and cross-functional partners.

Reinsurance industry experience is strongly preferred. The candidate should have accounting, finance, or insurance operations experience, with 3+ years of accounting, reporting, finance, or insurance-related experience. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently while collaborating with a team and demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
