Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs
• Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• Create and modify individualized treatment plans
• Support clients with resources to enhance well-being
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active LICSW license in Iowa
• Prior experience in telehealth or clinical practice preferred
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and advocacy strategies
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
