Technology Product Owner - Supply Chain Richmond + regular Tullamaraine site travel

Are you ready to own the technology backlog behind one of the most significant supply chain transformations in Australian retail? MECCA is building a new Distribution Centre, and we're looking for a Technology Product Owner to bridge our business and technology teams through it. You'll manage the continuous improvement backlog for our warehouse, e-commerce and fulfilment operations, while playing a genuine role in shaping how our new automated DC comes to life.

• Career-defining project exposure - be part of a large-scale automated DC build from the ground up

• Visibility - close, direct relationships with warehouse and fulfilment leadership

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and prioritising the supply chain technology backlog in Jira
• Gathering requirements and managing 3-4 parallel improvement initiatives at a time
• Acting as the link between business stakeholders and our third-party development partner
• Supporting the SDLC end to end - discovery through to hypercare
• Playing a key role as our new Distribution Centre comes online

What You Will Bring

• Prior experience in the Supply Chain/fulfilment domain, (warehouse operations experience - omnichannel fulfilment highly regarded)
• Hands on experience with a tier one WMS (Blue Yonder or Manhattan)
• Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
• Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently without dropping the ball on BAU
• Comfortable working across Agile and traditional delivery methods
• Confident engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Exposure to a large-scale DC build or warehouse automation project, or familiarity with carrier integrations (Shippit, Startrack)

This role is based in Richmond, with regular travel to our Tullamarine DC site and 4 days per week in the office. It's a fast-paced, high variety role - release cycles can be unpredictable and you'll be balancing multiple priorities at once.
