Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer with strong hands-on experience in React Native, ReactJS, and mobile application development to build and enhance large-scale digital customer experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience developing high-performance web and mobile applications, collaborating directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering scalable solutions with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development using React Native and ReactJS to design, build, and enhance responsive web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze business needs, define technical solutions, and work with development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications supporting digital customer experiences.
• Develop reusable components, implement best practices, and optimize application performance across platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, marketing, IT, and backend teams.
• Support architecture decisions and contribute to technical solutions for complex application challenges.
• Integrate mobile and web applications with backend services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure application reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development team members.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance digital platforms.
• Ensure applications follow security standards, coding best practices, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and ReactJS development.
• Experience designing and developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, UI components, state management, APIs, and mobile application architecture.
• Experience building scalable, high-traffic digital applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, gather requirements, and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Digital Customer Experience platforms.
• Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing applications.
• Experience with backend integrations, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams.
