The Role • Continuously improve processes to increase plant availability and productivity. • Organize and execute projects related to maintenance and facility upgrades. • Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational technology, machinery, equipment, and systems. • Conduct regular inspection work to ensure optimal equipment performance. • Perform troubleshooting and resolve faults and disruptions in equipment. • Contribute to the necessary conversion and expansion of production facilities. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification. • Proven experience in production environments. • Familiarity with process engineering and PLC technology. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Adaptability, quick learning ability, and strong teamwork skills. • A high level of commitment, resilience, and responsibility.
