Business Analyst/Quality Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / QA Analyst to support business and technology initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes, managing Agile project artifacts, and ensuring quality solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile project management tools
• Experience creating Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Strong understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles and responsibilities
• Experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes
• Experience developing product roadmaps
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and documentation techniques

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
