Job Description: 
 
Key Responsibilities:
•     Build high-level strategies and execute them for Segment CDP implementation, ingestion from data sources, customer profile synthetization into traits and audiences, journey orchestration and integration with downstream systems.
•     Should be able to work with in-house consultants & stakeholders to understand various internal team needs for Product Owners, data owners, IT, Analysts, etc and develop solutions using Segment CDP and other related tech skills like data ingestion, modelling, Integration with external data systems.
•     Should be able to design and build integration with external systems/data sources leveraging the CDP integration features.
•     Should be able to work with IT stakeholders to understand Data Sources, Data Quality, Data Source Mapping and define/manage standards, guidelines, and processes
•     Understand dependencies amongst data sources and destinations and provide inputs to building architecture and design documents.
•     Responsible for creating & maintaining dashboards for deep-dive insights generation, support ad-hoc reporting requests and solve for production issues using Segment CDP.
 
Key Desired skills:
•     At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of Segment CDP project (certification is a plus).
•     At least 5 years of relevant experience implementing & using any managed CDP specifically Segment CDP.
•     Must have hands-on experience implementing Segment CDP for online & offline channels (i.e. CRM, Call Center, Marketing, MDM, CDP, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.)
•     Should have strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in 360-degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making
•     Strong understanding of ETL, Reverse ETL, Data quality / Cleansing and Identity resolution
•     Strong and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Data modelling, and Data warehouse
•     Knowledge of digital marketing, digital analytics, customer360, MarTech space is a big plus
•     Strong analytical skills and capability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
•     Ability to switch between multiple clients and projects, zoom out and look at the bigger picture.
