Senior ERP Analyst - Order to Cash (Oracle)

W2 ONLY. No corp to corp.

100% remote.


We are seeking a Senior ERP Analyst with deep, hands-on Oracle expertise to support and enhance Order to Cash processes across multiple business units and global stakeholders. This role goes beyond traditional business analysis - it requires practical, full-lifecycle Oracle experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to bridge functional and technical teams across a complex, multi-platform ERP landscape.

The ideal candidate has directly implemented and supported Oracle Receivables and Revenue Management, understands how Vertex integrates into the tax and billing process, and is comfortable diagnosing issues at both the system and process level - not just managing projects from the sidelines.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain system health for Order to Cash functions, with a focus on Oracle Receivables and Revenue Management
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and process issues; escalate appropriately when needed
  • Collaborate closely with global AMS/support partners (e.g., TCS, Deloitte) to drive resolution and continuity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Order to Cash system behavior, including upstream impacts from order management and supply chain processes

Projects & Enhancements
  • Lead or actively participate in enhancement projects, including legacy system modernization and M&A-driven integrations
  • Partner with cross-functional and global teams to scope, test, and implement improvements
  • Maintain focus on Order to Cash processes while understanding broader system interdependencies

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
  • Recent (within the last 5 years), hands-on, full-lifecycle experience with Oracle - clearly demonstrated in work history
  • Direct implementation experience with Order to Cash / Oracle Receivables (EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of the full Oracle Receivables lifecycle: invoicing, billing, accounting, integration, and upstream impacts
  • Practical experience with Vertex, including integration, diagnosis, and issue analysis
  • Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving experience - not solely project management or peripheral involvement
  • Experience operating within large enterprise environments, ideally manufacturing or supply chain-intensive organizations
  • Background in consulting/IT strongly preferred; experienced finance/business users with deep Oracle technology and process knowledge will also be considered
