Skilled in requirements gathering, translating complex business needs into clear specifications, user requirements, and project documentation understood by both business and technical audiences. Commercial and strategic thinking, able to conduct options appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and support evidence-based investment and change decisions.

Collaborative and delivery-focused approach, working effectively with service teams, project managers, technical specialists, and external suppliers to implement successful change.
