Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Epic Systems Analyst experience
• Epic PB Certification required
• Strong hospital/healthcare environment experience
• Experience supporting Epic PB workflows, troubleshooting tickets/issues, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Pricing & Licensing Models: Working knowledge of pricing models (fixed price, non-linear and united )
