Job Description

Job Title: PCB Design Engineer

Location: on-site in Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA

Job Description:

  • Experience in PCB ECAD design using Cadence Allegro V17.2 / 17.4 (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of PCB eCAD & Library using Cadence Allegro eCAD tool.
  • Experience in the Constraints Editor system,
  • Strong Design knowledge from schematics to Gerber.
  • Experience in Digital, Analog & Mixed signal designs.
  • Knowledge on Routing High speed PCB, power planes, creepage and clearance, and length matching
  • Knowledge on High speed interfaces such (SATA, DDR4, DDR5, USB, Ethernet, PCIe, PMIC etc)
  • Knowledge of RF boards
  • PCB Placement, Constraint settings, Layer stackup, Power planes.
  • Electrical nets routing and length matching.
  • Documentation and Gerber release.
  • Interaction with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Guide and support team members
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing.
