Job Description

Senior Frontend Software Engineer - React/TypeScript

Location: Bristol

Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week mandatory

INSIDE IR35

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to build accessible, scalable and well-tested user interfaces within a modern cloud-native environment.

Mandatory skills:

  • React
  • JavaScript and/or TypeScript
  • JestJS/Jest and modern Front End testing
  • WCAG accessibility standards
  • axe-core or equivalent accessibility tooling

Senior-level experience:

  • Technical ownership of Front End solutions
  • Mentoring/coaching engineers
  • Contributing to architecture and technical direction

Desirable:

  • Java/Quarkus
  • REST APIs/PostgreSQL
  • CI/CD, containers and/or Kubernetes

Bristol hybrid - 2 days onsite per week is mandatory.
