Ticket handling in ServiceNow with SLA and documentation expectations
Hardware break-fix, imaging/reimaging, PC refresh, IMACD, and new hire/termination support
Printer and secure print troubleshooting
Asset tagging, inventory, loaner device tracking, returns, and vendor coordination
SOP, KB, security, ESD/safety, and site compliance adherence
Collaboration with Service Desk, L3, network, endpoint, application, and infrastructure teams
