AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Veritone is seeking an AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy models powering our aiWARE platform. In this fast-moving, mission-driven team, you'll work with large-scale audio, video, and unstructured data to deliver AI solutions across media, legal, government, and enterprise use cases. Responsibilities include data preparation, model development, evaluation, and optimization for performance and scalability in cloud environments. You'll collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to integrate models into production workflows and APIs, improve existing pipelines, and contribute to the evolution of Veritone's AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for audio, video, and unstructured data
• Prepare and preprocess large, complex datasets for modeling
• Evaluate, tune, and optimize models for accuracy, latency, and scalability
• Implement and maintain ML pipelines and services in cloud environments
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate models into production
• Monitor model performance and iterate based on real-world feedback and data drift
• Contribute to architecture and best practices for Veritone's ai
