We're Hiring: Program Director Digital Transformation & Change

Location: Lake County, IL Onsite

Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Are you a strategic leader who thrives on driving enterprise transformation? We're looking for an experienced Program Director to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and deliver complex enterprise programs from strategy through execution.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of Program/Project Management experience

5+ years leading enterprise Digital Transformation programs

Strong experience with PMO Governance, Organizational Change Management, and Executive Stakeholder Management

Expertise managing budgets, risks, cross-functional teams, and enterprise portfolios

Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills

Preferred

PMP, Prosci, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification

Experience leading ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Application transformation initiatives

Background in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or other large enterprise environments
