Our aseptic technology allows products to be safely stored and shipped without refrigeration for up to 12 months, supporting efficiency and sustainability.
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Penn Yan, NY. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and provides administrative and operational HR support while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Support weekly payroll processes, including data entry and updates
- Coordinate and lead onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and orientation
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel, benefits, and medical records
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Support HR projects, meetings, and communications
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and company-sponsored events
- Assist with employee relations matters, including coaching and counseling support for associates or supervision
- Manage facility access and related administrative processes
- Process employee separations and maintain related records
- Perform general administrative duties and maintain HR documentation
